Millennium Condo-Sunny Isles Beach

Designed by Arquitectonica and aptly named, Millennium condo inaugurated the 21^st century in Sunny Isles with a beautiful, iconic tower at 18671 Collins Avenue, Sunny Isles Beach, Florida, 33160. Millenium consists of 120 units on only 34  floors, 4 units per floor. It  overlooks the white sandbeach ofSunny Isles and the glistening blue-green waters of theAtlantic ocean. New residents may choose two or three bedroom units, at 1,680 square feet and 2,210 square feet respectively.

Residents first arrive at the elegant, tropical driveway and enter through a luxurious lobby. Residents may self-park in the garage if they desire, but there is also valet parking available. One then arrives home by private glass-enclosed elevators. Each unit features pre-wired telephone and cable service, high ceilings, and floor-to-ceiling glass windows overlooking both the Atlantic Ocean andIntracoastal Waterway.
