Turnberry Ocean Club’s duplex residences

Turnberry Associates has unveiled its duplex collection at Turnberry Ocean Club, with prices starting at $19.5 million. Turnberry Ocean Club’s “Collection Residences” feature their own outdoor swimming pools, hydrotherapy spas and summer kitchens. Five-bedroom units will have 6,935 square feet of indoor space, according to a press release. Carlos Zapata and Robert Swedroe designed the interiors, which include a private, two-story elevator lobby, foyer, grand salon, gourmet kitchen and dining room. Two bedrooms will face the west, while the master bedroom will offer eastern views with a private balcony, walk-in closets and master bedrooms. Outdoor space totals 4,340 square feet and wraps around three sides of the building. The tower also will have 70,000 square feet of amenities, including a $100 million Sky Club with cantilevered “sunrise” and “sunset” infinity-edge swimming pools suspended 333 feet above sea level, indoor and outdoor fitness centers, a blow-dry bar and nail salon, yoga and Pilates studios, a pet retreat, a pool bar, two restaurants, a 3,000-square-foot indoor and outdoor private dining area, and an an indoor and outdoor cocktail lounge. ONE Sotheby’s International Realty is marketing the 154-unit development in Sunny Isles Beach and has reached $200 million in sales, according to a spokesperson. The developer will break ground this spring.
